Framework uses size, rooms, windows, doors, kitchen, garage, deck, and heat sources to decide which trades belong in the estimate. If a feature is off, related trades can reduce or switch to None.
Quality and zip code both matter
Quality changes the work level. Zip code changes local pricing. Per-trade zip-code filtered pricing is currently available only in New England, USA. If the location changes late, refresh pricing and review the report again.
