  • Platform support: Framework runs on Web, iOS, and Android. Use the same account across all devices.
  • Onboarding: Most users learn the full 3-step workflow in a single session. The app guides you through project details, project specifications, and report review.

Common Questions

  • What regions are supported? Zip-code-level trade pricing is currently available for New England, USA. Projects outside New England use baseline national rates.
  • What does an estimate include? Each estimate produces two outputs: a Customer Report (PDF for the customer) and an Internal Report (PDF for internal use).
  • Can I adjust quality per trade? Yes. After generating the initial estimate, tap or click any trade card to set its quality level to Good, Better, or Best independently.
  • Is there a money-back guarantee? Yes. Every paid plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

Billing & Account

  • Plan pricing: The General Contractor Plan is $50/month. Referrals can reduce your bill by 10% per active referral, up to 100% off.
  • Payment: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card details.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
