Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

GET FRAMEWORK LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for a customer's initial subscription purchase. If the software is not the right fit for your business, contact us within 30 calendar days of the original charge and we will issue a refund for that initial payment.

After the first 30 days, subscription payments are non-refundable and we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or unused time within a billing cycle.

2. Subscription Billing and Express Consent

Your paid subscription begins immediately when you complete checkout.

  • Payment Upfront Requirement: A valid payment method is required to start a subscription.
  • Affirmative Consent: By subscribing, you provide express affirmative consent to be enrolled in a recurring subscription until canceled.
  • Guarantee Window: If you request a refund within the first 30 calendar days of your initial purchase, we will honor the money-back guarantee described above.
  • Clear Disclosure: The subscription price, frequency, and cancellation terms are displayed "clearly and conspicuously" in visual proximity to the signup button.

3. "Click-to-Cancel" (California CARL Compliance)

In compliance with the California Automatic Renewal Law (2025), we provide a simple, online-only cancellation path.

  • No Bid Deadline Management: We are not responsible for missed bid deadlines or project submission delays.
  • No Professional Judgment: This tool is not a substitute for professional engineering judgment, architectural review, or governmental code compliance.
  • Opinion vs. Guarantee: Estimates generated are opinions of cost based on user-inputted data and do not constitute a guaranteed price or fixed quotation.

3. Limitation of Liability

The issuance of a refund—granted only at the sole discretion of the company for documented technical failure—shall constitute the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy. GET FRAMEWORK LLC’s total financial exposure is capped at the amount paid by the customer in the preceding 12 months. We shall not be liable for any "consequential damages" or "lost profits" resulting from the use of our estimates.

3. Dispute Resolution (Mandatory Arbitration)

Any dispute arising from this agreement, including refund disputes, shall be settled through mandatory individual arbitration. By using this service, you explicitly waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
